• First of all, you need to take a cotton pad. Then dip it into the oil-based makeup remover. Because this remover is most effective in removing waterproof eyeliner.
• Then take the soaked cotton pad and apply it to the eyelid. You need to press it for almost 30 seconds so that the remover can break down the molecules of the waterproof liner. It just takes a little more time than removing the other types of eyeliners.
• Then move the cotton pad in a downward direction. The product will become separate from the eyelid. You don’t need to put pressure on the eye while removing. The gentle hold is enough for its removal.
